Train the Trainer – Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Certification

Comprehensive 12-hour Train the Trainer certification program for safety professionals who will instruct lockout/tagout (LOTO) training. This advanced course covers adult learning principles, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 energy control compliance, LOTO safety fundamentals, instructional design for energy control training, hands-on teaching methodologies, assessment development, competency evaluation techniques, and trainer certification requirements. Participants will master curriculum development, practical demonstration techniques, hazard identification training, energy control procedures, lockout device selection, group lockout protocols, emergency response training, and student evaluation methods. Includes 8 timed learning modules (90 minutes each), progressive assessments after each module, practical teaching demonstrations, comprehensive final examination (2 hours), and trainer certification documentation. Upon completion, certified trainers will be qualified to conduct OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout training programs with proper documentation and certification authority.
