Train the Trainer – Competent Rigger Certification

Comprehensive 12-hour Train the Trainer certification program for safety professionals who will instruct competent rigger training. This advanced course covers adult learning principles, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.251 rigging compliance, crane and rigging safety fundamentals, load calculation and rigging techniques, instructional design for rigging training, hands-on teaching methodologies, assessment development, competency evaluation techniques, and trainer certification requirements. Participants will master curriculum development, practical demonstration techniques, hazard identification training, rigging equipment inspection, load dynamics instruction, signal communication training, emergency response procedures, and student evaluation methods. Includes 8 timed learning modules (90 minutes each), progressive assessments after each module, practical teaching demonstrations, comprehensive final examination (2 hours), and trainer certification documentation. Upon completion, certified trainers will be qualified to conduct OSHA-compliant competent rigger training programs with proper documentation and certification authority.
